Poses:

  • Warrior III
  • Tree Pose
  • Handstand Prep
  • Balancing Butterfly Pose
  • Standing Forward Bend
  • Reverse Table
  • Upward Plank

And with all seven of these belated poses lined together and our poses placed side by side you can really see the difference in how Mat and I take to yoga. His strength compared to mine is insane (lol mine is non-existent), and I am slightly more flexible than him- but not by much.

I like doing yoga together with him, because I feel like I can learn a lot in how to use my yoga practice to become stronger. <3

I lost 10lbs and over 10 inches!

It took me like 35/36 days with rest days
